Please email us with the PI number, serial number (S/N), and PCB board number. Provide a detailed description of the failure along with pictures or video. Our after-sales department will provide a solution within 24 hours.
What is the standard delivery time for orders?
For a full container order, the standard delivery time is approximately 15 working days after the payment is received.
What is the warranty period for the inverters?
We offer a standard warranty of 5 years, which can be extended to 10 years upon request to meet specific project requirements.
